I had an exceptional stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable night's sleep in the four-poster bed. Dining in the Zen garden was a delight, with faultless food and service. Although the room was warm, the service and overall experience were top-notch; I'll definitely be booking again.
I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. From the valet parking to the exceptional service at the Zen restaurant and the delightful room overlooking the garden, it truly felt like a dream. However, the noise from the entrance of the hotel was a bit bothersome considering the price paid.
The hotel offers good quality rooms with a great food and wine choice, comfortable hydrotherapy rooms, and friendly service. Despite occasional foul smells, the stay was cozy overall. The dedicated service, particularly at the pool accommodating guests with mobility issues, underpinned a pleasant experience. The location is ideal for exploring the New Forest with lovely outdoor sitting areas, although the road noise can be noticeable. The dining experience was diverse and delicious, especially the vegan and healthy options. The facilities catered well to guests' needs.
